Delicious veal blanquette cooked and ready to eat. Our veal blanquette is made up of veal cubes simmered to reach a breathtaking tenderness, enhanced with our famous white wine and fine herb sauce whipped with cream. As tradition requires, our blanquette is garnished with mushrooms and pearl onions glazed in butter. It is served on a bed of white rice and wild rice  “al dente”.
